Once you have both decided I am the best Wedding Officiant/Minister to share the altar with you, here’s what happens next:
I will prepare and send you an Agreement of Service outlining the date, time, location, fee, etc.
A retainer fee of $100 is due within 7 days of confirming my services (online through Square or Venmo). Full payment is due 7 days prior to the wedding date. I prefer not to collect payment on your wedding day. All payments made are non refundable.
FYI…I will always arrive to your wedding location at least 30 – 45 minutes prior to the ceremony being performed.
Just a note regarding late starts…I respect your time, as I hope you will respect mine. Should your wedding ceremony start more than 45 minutes late, there will be a $75 late fee charged which must be paid prior to the start of the ceremony.
Rehearsal fees are an additional $140 over and above the ceremony fee. Please let me know what date and time you have scheduled your rehearsal as soon as possible so I may block my calendar. Sorry, I am not able to attend/facilitate rehearsals scheduled on a Saturday (they are always booked with weddings).
I have a wonderful network of incredibly talented Florida Wedding Officiants that I will always have as a back-up should an emergency arise.
Regarding Gratuities:Tipping is of course appreciated – but definitely not required. Your kind gesture is intended to reflect your gratitude of the experience working with me. Standard tipping for Florida Wedding Officiants/Ministers is $25 – $100.
One of the best rewards you can provide me is a positive review on WeddingWire.com or Google. Your positive feedback invites other couples to consider me and instills confidence in hiring me for their wedding.
You can contact me through this form. Please include your wedding location/venue
